[2020] Good Lord I need to be quieter in the wasteland.

Of note, Night time in the wasteland is something of a miniature horde night- Zombies respawn instantly nearby like a blood moon, but don't automatically know your exact location. So, You'll be fine to quest there during the day, but night time is very dangerous to make any noise in. :)
