As shared by my colleague @Ubi-Milky, the development team have confirmed that they will not be implementing a fix for this issue. You can read their full statement below:

Thank you for reaching out regarding the audio levels of Eivor's voice. Due to technical constraints and other priority issues, we will not be implementing a fix for these specific cases. We recommend adjusting subtitles and other sound settings to help aid comprehension of the NPCs in any situations where the sound is not perfectly balanced.


As there has been a resolution for this investigation, we will now be marking this thread as "Resolved." I understand that this may not be the update you were hoping for, and apologise for any impact that this issue has had on your gaming experience. Though this issue is now considered "resolved," please feel welcome to share your thoughts and feedback within this thread, and we will gladly forward these to the dedicated teams.
