I recently purchased Assassin's Creed Valhalla from Ubisoft's main site. After I did so, I was prompted to download Ubisoft Connect, which I did. After logging in, I did not see the game in My Games or in Downloads. I have an order number and verified Ubisoft charged my account, but I'm not sure how to get to the game at this point.
So far I've tried to run it as an administrator, cleared my cache in Program Files, and ultimately deleted and reinstalled Ubisoft Connect, but nothing has worked. Obviously, this is extremely frustrating.
