I own Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla on PC. With all of these games I have an infuriating issue where I cannot even launch the games after my PC has been in sleep mode.

The games will immediately crash to desktop upwards of 10-15 times before I can get them to the main menu. If I make it to the main menu they will crash when I try to load a game. Then, on the rare occasion I can actually load a game, they will occasionally crash to desktop during gameplay.

The only way I can get any of these games to function is by rebooting my system. Since I would rather not reboot my PC every time I want to play one of these games, I was hoping someone might have some tips on sorting this out.

I’ve already tried reaching out to Ubisoft support, and they were not helpful. All they did was copy and paste the troubleshooting guide in their response - all of which I had already tried (and told them I had already tried). This is incredibly frustrating, so any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

System specs:
PC: ROG Zephyrus G14
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 4900HS
GPU: GeForce RTX 2060 + integrated AMD Radeon Graphics RAM: 16gb
OS: Windows 11
Purchased through Epic Game Store

Edit: Well now Valhalla isn't even working after I reboot my PC. I can't even get to the main menu anymore. It crashes every time after the Ubisoft logo. I don't know what's going on.

@drucifer27 Hey there, welcome to Discussions! I apologize for not responding sooner, and I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue running our games.

I was able to take a look at your support case, and I see they got back to you after you posted this and suggested memory testing. Were you able to give those steps a try?

If you're still running into the issue, I have a few other things to suggest. Since you have two graphics cards, can you make sure things are automatically using your dedicated GPU?

Since rebooting your PC seems to fix things temporarily, this may also be related to a program you typically have running. Have you noticed any particular programs running whenever the crashes occur?
