When I got the last orb which is for the last door, the second orb is missing therefore I am unable to open the last door with 3 beams of light. I am also unable to open the door to retrieve the orb again.

If you've not had any luck with doing our technical troubleshooting, can you please get us a video showcasing the issue so that we can look into this further please?
