[2022] Missing gear?

I had gotten the Draugr armor set but cannot find it now. When I load my old save from when I had it my character is wearing it in the loading screen but when the game world actually loads I completely lose it. Attached are two pictures, one from the loading screen where I'm clearly wearing the Draugr armor and the other from after the game world loads and my character loses it.
