So you just happened to ban a load of players around the exact same date? Because a lot of people have this issue and you've had zero transparency with fixing it.

I think it's more of a situation where multiple things are happening at the same time- like us removing guest accounts and people trying to sign in to their original accounts which may have been banned.

It's not always the case but a good chance that folks kept playing on guest accounts if they couldn't sign in.

And we are working on fixing it! Usually the bans actually have messages saying how long it'll last and the reason why, but something got mixed up in the system.

Thanks alot for fixing it, but what are the reasons we get banned, in my error, there is no time or it dosent says I got banned
