[2021] How the heck do I get Among Us to run in a window on startup?

* Right-click the game in the library list
* Click "Properties"
* Click the "Set Launch Options"
* Type in
-screen-fullscreen 0 -screen-width 640 -screen-height 480
* Okay and close, then start Among Us.
