Hi all,
I am experiencing the following issue and I was wondering if someone else has the same problem and maybe found a fix:
Early game (T3) I like to post a ship at Eli's prison to see if I can get an op specialist like a costume designer or an actor. Lately the following bug has been occurring in all my games and I can't find an explanation: after a few refreshes (I never roll more than 2-3 times as it's early game) Eli just stops naturally refreshing his stock and the roll price doesn't come down (I've waited 30+ min... only solution is to save and reload the game. Then I get maybe one or two free refreshes before he gets stuck again, usually after I bought a specialist or rolled the dice a couple of times).
It is really annoying because by the time I realize Eli is frozen I've already missed out on 2-3 free rolls. Also it means I can't use this strategy when playing with friends because I need to reload the game constantly to get a chance to get what I want.
I am not using any mods and I've tried verifying game files.
Anyone else having this issue or has an explanation for this behaviour ? This is kind of ruining my experience as I really like to play with specialists...
