I'd like to try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help fix this here. 

 

First can you try running through the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website to see how that goes? If you're still having any issues after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

 

- PC

- Xbox

- PlayStation

Can you try setting a static IP on your PlayStation to see if that helps at all? The Port Forward website has step-by-step instructions on how to set this up. Once you've had the chance to give this a try please let me know if you're still running into the same issues.

Is it possible to bypass the wifi connection and try using a network cable instead? That way we can remove the wifi as a possible culprit.
