Account bans are not something we can help with here on Answers HQ. If you haven't already, please reach out to the Terms of Service team so they can review your account. They will need to determine if the account ban could be overturned. 

For more information on how to set up a case with them visit the EA Help website. The TOS team will review your account and reply to you via email as soon as they can.
