[2021] ranked problems

Running into a disconnection like this is definitely frustrating, especially when you're playing ranked. Can we try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help stop something like this from happening again? 

When you've got the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps first to see how that goes. If you're still seeing any connection issues happening after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- PC

- Xbox

- PlayStation
