Whenever you open a pack the contents are automatically added to your account, even if you don't actually see the pack opening animation. Have you double-checked to see if there are any new items on your account at all?

When you have a chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. They should be able to see the contents of the pack and if they were added to your account. Unfortunately that isn't something we can investigate here on Answers HQ.

Thanks, I appreciate that. I reviewed the case you created with the EA Help team. While we can certainly take this as a bug report, please keep in mind that we don't have the ability to help directly with missing content here on Answers HQ. The EA Help team would need to review the account and determine what is missing and what can be recovered. If they were unable to validate that something is missing, they would have to deny the claim.
