Are you still running into this same error when you're trying to log into Apex Legends? If so, which platform are you playing on?

Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help with the error message you've been getting? When you have a chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website to see if that helps. 

 

If you're still running into the same error message afterwards, please try running through the PlayStation-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes when you've had a chance to try it out.

Can you test something for me when you've got a chance? What happens if you try logging into Apex Legends on a different Gamertag on the same Xbox? Do you still get stuck on the loading screen?

Hmm, so it doesn't sound like it's something account-specific. Does it give you the datacenter list on the title screen? If so, are you able to try selecting a different datacenter, or does it not let you even choose another one?
