[2021] Can't get into lobby menu

Would you mind if we try running through some troubleshooting to see if we can help stop something like this from happening again? 

When you've got a chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website first to see if that helps. If the same issues are still happening after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- PC

- Xbox

- PlayStation
