An appeal to the ToS team is only available as an email form. They do not have live chat as there's a lot to go through during an investigation that just isn't feasible to do in the context of a live chat.

 

When you're reaching out to an advisor however, live chat or a phone callback may be an option, though this varies depending on your current location and the time of day.

 

If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead if you'd prefer something other than email.
