[2021] All Skins Reset to Factory Issue After Season 9 Update

Hi @Wizeau, 

This was a side effect of the issues that were recently happening. When the issues were fixed, all the equipped items for every account were reset. I'm afraid you would have to re-equip the items, but it should just be this once.

I get the frustration, but I'm afraid I don't really have an answer. It was just an unfortunate side effect of the fix that went in place.
