Hey @boxaCZ,
Do you recall if you've ever unlinked an account from your EA account?
Typically this is the reason cosmetics may appear to go missing, and if that's the case it would be necessary to re-link the original accounts to see that content restored.
Aside from that it would be best to contact support directly so they can take a look back through the account to try locating those purchases with you. That's not something we'd be able to review or change via the forums, sorry.
