Hey @zhongjicike,

 

It looks like you may have changed which EA account was linked to your Xbox gamertag, rather than just updating the email address on the existing account.

 

If you're looking to update the email address on your EA account without changing the actual linked account, you can do that from this account page.

 

In this case since you've unlinked the accounts, that will cause your progress to be lost as that is not transferable to a new account. To revert this you would need to re-link the original accounts with these steps.

Sorry to hear that @Aidanmairing @zhongjicike, I'm afraid progress is saved on the EA account where it was first earned and does not transfer to a new account.

That would still be available on the original account where it was unlocked, but isn't something you'd be able to access on a separate one.

The only way to reverse this would be re-linking the original accounts as described in the links above.
