[2023] Cannot see friends on apex legends

Hi @ew4n78, 

Are you still having any trouble seeing your friend on your friends list? If so, can we try out some troubleshooting steps to see if it helps? I'd recommend first starting off with the basic connectivity steps when you've got the chance to see how that goes. 

If you're still not seeing him on your friends list after that please try running through the PlayStation-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot.
