[2021] High Packet Loss only on Apex

Hey @McLuvinALOHA, 

Even on a high speed connection there are other factors that can lead to packet loss. We should try running through some troubleshooting to see if we can help get this fixed. 

When you have the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still seeing the same issues after that check out the PC-specific steps as well.

I wonder if there might be an issue with one of the datacenters on the way between your home network and the servers. Have you tried reaching out to your ISP to see if they're aware of any issues?
