Just to be certain, the password resets you've completed were for your EA Account specifically, not your Xbox account, is that right?

 

If you've reset your EA password and are still not able to get online, there may be a more specific account issue that needs to be cleared up.

Hey @slubastian1,

 

Which options are you selecting when you attempt to create a case with these steps?  

 

If you're not at least seeing the email option, selecting other options may give you some additional options, for example The EA app  | PC  | Manage my account  | Manage account details.

 

Aside from that you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.
