Did not Receive event heirloom and took 524 packs to get shards

Hi, event and event thematic packs are explicitly excluded from the 500 pack tracker. 

In your case from what I can see the Warriors event items have not all been acquired. There are a scattering of event unlocks, but certainly not all of them from a single event. 

Also of note, getting an event heirloom does not reset the counter. 

We'll close this thread now, there's nowhere else for this to go.
