Can we try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help fix the issues you've been seeing when trying to play a match? A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If the same issue is still happening after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.

If you're still running into the same issue can we try a few more things to see if we can help fix this? What happens if you try setting a different DNS in Windows? I've seen some cases where using a different DNS can help. 

 

You can update the DNS through the Windows TCP/IP Settings. If you choose the Manual option it will let you enter a DNS of your choosing. You can find more info on how to get there at the Microsoft Support website. I usually go with the public Google DNS (Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but if there's a different DNS you'd rather use instead that's OK as well.
