[2021] Server connection bug

Hi @IShoot4FunX4, 

We should try running through some connectivity troubleshooting to see if we can help stop these disconnections from happening. When you've got the chance please try running through the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website first to see if that helps. 

If you're still running into any disconnections or freezes after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot. Thanks!
