[2022] Account hacked and all the progress wiped

We certainly do try to help out in these situations when possible, though sadly records do not last indefinitely so there will be some situations where that's no longer available depending on how much time has passed and what particular activity took place on the account.

We are unable to review this on the forums, so I'm sorry to say that if support was unable to assist with this when you reached out, that is not something we'd be able to change otherwise either.
