[2020] Multiple bugs after disconnect + reconnect

Hi @Dpezzah. 

I wonder if there might actually be a connection issue of some kind causing this to happen. Can we try out some troubleshooting steps to see if it helps with the issues you've been seeing? 

A good place to start off would be with the basic connection steps from the EA Help website. If the same issues keep happening after that check out the Xbox-specific steps as well. Let me know if you're still running into these same issues afterward. Thanks!

Crashes like that are definitely rough to deal with, especially when you're trying to grind ranked. 

Have you had the chance to try out the connection troubleshooting steps I linked in one of my earlier posts in this thread? In some cases crashes like that can actually happen because of connectivity issues, and those steps may help.
