DX12 launch options currently are (unintentionally?) disabled

Look at drive:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Apex Legends\EasyAntiCheat\Launcher\SettingsDX12.json and you can see that SettingsDX12.json is no longer set to execute r5apex_dx12.exe, just the regular r5apex.exe client on DX11.

For anyone wondering where their text in the bottom right indicating the DX12 beta has gone. Doesn't seem intentional given that DX12 improvements were just mentioned in the patch notes.
