[2020] Can't Connect to Servers 10/10/2020

Are you still running into this same error message when you're trying to connect? If so, can we try running through some troubleshooting to see if we can get you back online? A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same error message after that check out the PS4-specific steps as well.

Are you getting the Invalid Token error, or is it the general "unable to connect" message?
