[2021] Disconnected from ranked games and given leave penalty without option to rejoin

There was an Anti-cheat issue in Apex Legends yesterday that caused a number of accounts to be incorrectly banned. The issue was fixed shortly afterward, so if your account was banned by mistake it should be unlocked now.
