There are some other things we can try that can help with issues like this. A good place to start out would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. 

Those steps can tackle some of the more common issues we see, but if it's still giving you trouble afterward check out the PC-specific steps as well. Let me know if you're still running into any issues with packet loss afterward.
