[2020] Not receiving twitch prime rewards

Hi @benjaminjack175.

When you have the chance please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and look into the missing Twitch Prime rewards. I'm afraid that isn't something we would be able to investigate here on Answers HQ. 

You can find more details on how to submit a case with them over at the EA Help site. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook as well.
