[2020] Packet loss in random games PC

There are some other troubleshooting steps we can run through that may help out with the packet loss issues you've been seeing. If you haven't already I'd recommend running through the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website to see how that goes. If it keeps happening after that I'd recommend checking out the PC-specific steps as well.
