[2021] Game keeps crashing and disconecting

Can we try a few things to see if we can help stop this from happening? 

First, have you tried repairing the game to see if that helps? If you're using Origin you can repair by right-clicking Apex Legends in your Library and selecting the Repair option when the menu pops up.

If you're playing through Steam try verifying the integrity of the game files to see if that helps. You can find more information on how to verify the file integrity at the Steam Support website. Let me know if you're still seeing any crashes happening after that.

Would it be possible to try connecting with a network cable instead of wifi to see if that makes a difference? That way we can eliminate any possible wifi issues as a cause for the high ping.
