Can we try running through some connectivity troubleshooting to see if we can help with the connection errors you've been seeing? A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. 

 

If you're still getting the same errors after that check out the PC-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes once you've got the chance. Thanks!

Which datacenter are you normally connected to? Have you tried switching to any others to test and see if that makes a difference?

There's an option to change it at the title screen. On PC if you hit TAB at the title screen it will open the datacenter menu, or you can click the button down at the bottom.
