Sorry to hear you haven't received your Apex Coins yet. 

 

If it's been more than 24 hours and they still haven't shown up, we do just need to verify some information about your purchase before we're able to assist. If the purchase was made through our own systems it's typically fairly easy to verify, but if that was made through another store we would need to get some extra information as we don't otherwise have access to another company's transaction info.

 

This is not something we're able to check into on the forums I'm afraid, but you'll just need to contact support with these screenshots to continue.

 

You can also speak with support over Twitter or Facebook instead if either of those are easier options for you.
