MMOs never do that. It's such a waste, there are so many creative spells you can make with that theme, and yet it's dramatically underutilized.
The same is true for water actually. Usually, you get ice-themed spells, but rarely actual water in its liquid state. Another waste of great potential.
I pray we get something like this in this game some day.
