We don’t know how they’ll deal with that yet. Thus far, none of the Chapter rewards have been available outside the chapter. If the guns are simple re-skins (ie not statistically better than existing guns), like the melee weapons are, I could see them staying locked.
I’ll get an answer on this before the end of the week.

TLDR is - Yes, they'll be available for CC after the Chapter has ended. We haven't decided yet how long a period will need to lapse after the chapter has ended to make them available but we will 100% have them purchasable for CC for anyone who either doesn't play the chapter, or doesn't hit the ranks (so don't sweat it!)
u/PartWelsh the backwoods skin for thompson shows the extended drum magazine as regular stick one.
Don't know how it is with the palm skin, just letting you guys know.
