[2019] PC update stuck at 68%?

Looking into it with the team - some folks have found success with a right click 'Repair Game' and it seems to have pushed past it.

I'll edit this with more info as we get word back from the team.

Edit: Here's what we're seeing as the most successful workaround so far (still trying to resolve the original issue here)

Cancel the partially completed download (this will mean that you lose your progress), restart origin, select Repair, wait it out and launch the game :)
