Thank you. Wasn’t trying to be a dick, just looking for some sort of boundary on what ‘after battlefest’ meant.
I understand. :)
Unfortunately, for right now, that's all I can say.

So can you guys actually confirm yet whether we will see Chapter 5 in 2019?
Confirmed.
I'll fix it for you: "Hey Nat, I don’t have any info that will please you to share right now."
Well, technically, unless I say "It's going permanent on X date", your "fix" is basically stating the obvious. LOL
(This isn't me being sassy. It's just true, unfortunately. And I totally understand.)
My reply is accurate - I've not been told any details yet on if/when it would be permanent. I can say that when Private Games does release, the option to have those modes will be there so 24/7 Frontlines servers can be setup.
As much as I hate to be that guy... The "already looted loot still showing on the ground" bug has still yet to make it to the Trello Issue Tracker despite seeing other items added as recently as yesterday...
I believe they're still testing the fix for it. I'll work with Jaqub to see where we are by Friday and if we can get it up on the board.
What info do you need to share? Just push the 1 button and enable the mod for everyone who is interested in playing it. What reason do you have to keep domination and frontlines offline? We paid for it remember? Core modes for BF5 release with 60 dollar price tag.....
What info do you need to share?
I was asked a specific question and I don't have an answer, as it's not my decision which modes are permanent or limited-time.
Lewis Gun (83% head shots) and Lee Enfield (90% head shots) Aimbotter:

I have videos of him aimboting like there's no tomorrow
Then send them to me here via PM. I can send them onto people who might be able to do something about it.

/u/lytlb1t Hey man hope you are having a good day. I just wanted to bring this to your attention as you are the only one who is regularly active in dealing with cheaters and such things.
I don't really care if people call us Indians "sweaty armpit" "curry seller" or whatever you guys come up with. I just want to play the game and enjoy. But it gets a little annoying when some guy keeps on cluttering the chat space when you just want to communicate with your team. This guy, whenever he joins, never shuts up saying things like these. It might be fun for you all but frankly, it's really sad that there are some people who think like this. We are a small community here in India and I don't think we will be growing much because 90% of people who play games are fixated on PUBG. It would be a great help if you can do something about this.
Reported to the people dealing with toxicity
Heads-up: We're added Operation Underground two more times into the Rush map rotation, and also adding an additional round of Rush per map, so that you play as both attackers and defenders before the servers switch to a new map. (Will update the TWIB when I’m not on my mobile).
This week in Battlefield, I'll once again ask if Frontlines will ever return as a permanent mode....??? And once again will receive no reply....
Hey Nat, I don’t have any info to share right now.
Yes, I know. What I meant was that information like this should be included in this post as well, first thing in the "Details/Rules" section. Not cool that I have to find the most important rule by opening some link and reading the right paragraph, that's some ToS shit, we all know nobody reads them and you shouldn't play tricks like this on your community.
It's a pretty big deal if only people from 27 countries in the world can participate and they also have to be at least as old as the minimum age of majority. There are 195 countries in the world and there are so many players who are under the min. age of majority. I bet that most of the people participating know nothing about this rule, they get creative, spend hours on their clip without even knowing they have no chance getting something in return.
I had all my clips recorded and ready to edit when i accidentally stumbled on this link just to find out there is no point.
Thanks for your feeback. No tricks were played.
I bet that most of the people participating know nothing about this rule
I'm sure a lot of people read the actual rules. And I know I was asked about them because I answered questions regarding the content they could submit.
they also have to be at least as old as the minimum age of majority
This has to do with laws in the countries that are eligible. Nothing I can do about it and it's not going to change.
These are the standard rules we've used for every Content Creation contest for Battlefield V, starting with the FIrestorm contest.
The only thing that has changed was the parameters of the contest - what the content should be. The rest of it is pretty much a template we use for legal reasons.
We've got some more giveaways this week as we head to Week 3 in Battlefest, as well as announcing of the Nvidia contest winners.

The soldier characters can literally say profanities ingame while the players can't in chat. Why is that ingame? Because it's a war setting and it makes sense. Keep it on by default but let players decide, empower the players.
This was one of the assurances that influenced my purchase of the game and it's feels like a slap in the face like removing certain game modes and turning them into temporary ones. Interfering with our ability to socialize directly by forcing an always on chat filter damages the player experence greatly. Besides the filter not being perfect and completely mucking up normal chat like asking team to focus on certain objectives it also goes against the franchise. Battlefield has been around since 2002, it's a mature franchise, and many of the players are mature enough to decide if they want a chat filter or not. Try to be a bit more inclusive, let the players be themselves.
Inclusivity doesn't include toxicity. In fact, removing toxicity is one of the things we're pushing for in incluvisivity initiatives.
And if people can't communicate without profanity, abuse towards others, etc. - maybe, just maybe, they shouldn't be communicating with anyone. (This latter part is just my personal opinion.)
You mean like the trailers you saw for the 5v5 or playtests of it? Mmm
Did I talk about any trailers for the 5v5 mode? Or any Playtests? Not being snarky - I legit don’t recall because I only got to participate in one Playtest due to lots of traveling.
Don’t get me wrong. I can understand your skepticism. And it’s fair to feel that way. We have a lot to prove with Chapter 5. My original reply was to share my excitement for what I’ve seen because I think it’s gonna be really great.
Thanks for the link. Before launch, we were exploring options. Once we launched, the decision was made to leave the filter on and update it, as appropriate. This falls in line with EA’s larger global initiative of “Building Healthy Communities”. The reality of it is, profanity and abusive language doesn’t need to be in any game.
