All interesting stuff right there. If you want to have a discussion about all of this, it would be kinda cool to know your ideas behind these. I always ask about the "WHY" when I talk with other designers ideas. Care to tell us the "WHY" of every layouts? For example, there are 4 flags on your design called Frostbite. Any reason? "It feels cool should not be an answer" :)

Hey thanks for the feedback. I'm going to look into improving the sliding very soon so I'll keep this in mind.

It's tough to find a button mapping since so many are already occupied by other features. Especially on console since they only have so many buttons available. We're thinking about offering different option (double tap vs hold) so the players can choose.

Your link example above is showing up for me and doesn't show it's been removed by automod.

Just read your edit. It might be that Reddit themselves have added that domain to spam filters. We dont actively filter that domain in automod.

Try to stick together with your squad and focus on healing/supplying/reviving your squad mates and the objectives the squad leader picks.

Yep it's high on our todo list, I agree it needs to get sorted asap.

The icon on the right indicates that you had a high latency, so it's probably a connection issue.

It's not a decision, it's a bug. A full sweep of all trees throughout the game is currently being made to ensure leaves don't block bullets.

Information on Matchmaking in Battlefield V: Firestorm

Hello Battlefield V: Firestorm players!

As you know, we released Battlefield V: Firestorm on Monday, March 25th, 2019. Since then we’ve been listening to feedback from our players around the globe.

One of the key points we’ve focused on is the matchmaking in specific regions – particularly Brazil, Australia/Oceania, and South Africa.

Matchmaking in Battlefield V: Firestorm requires a certain amount of players to be connecting at the same time to initiate a server. Unfortunately, in some regions with lower player populations, this increases matchmaking time or forces players to connect to pingsites that are more populated.

We are continuing to look at options to improve this situation without having players connect to empty servers, and we’re always listening to your feedback. We’ll keep you posted on any updates or changes as we identify and roll out more solutions.

We do have Oceania servers, but if the concurrent player population drops in that region, you may matchmake in a more populated region. We’re working on some things to help improve this.
