The team is working on rolling out a fix (potentially tomorrow) to prevent this from happening in the future.
Any update on the Boins hotfix, or has the team not shared anything yet?
The fix went out yesterday. The 200BFC went out today (just login). And we’re seeing reports that the fix DID work retroactively for those that completed the mission.
Has the fix for the broken weekly 100 BFC reward gone live yet? I have been holding off on completing the last mission (and therefore haven't played any games as that would result in getting kills).
Complete the mission. It’s fixed.
Thanks for sharing - I've started chatting to the team on this today to understand where we're having issues with it. Feels too aggressive in places and I don't believe that's intended.
For insight, it's part of a backend change that allows us to better manage and configure the tools that govern it. It'll allow us to be more responsive in helping ensure that disruptive and inappropriate content is better managed in the chat.
It's design isn't to make communication challenging or difficult though so I'll be engaging with the team to help highlight where it's not behaving correctly.
There's a sequence of Public Holidays coming up which may mean that I don't get an answer back out to you all quickly on the topic but I'll work on this and respond when I can.

The Pacific War Playlist will remain throughout Chapter 6.
It's not chapter Six anymore so what gives?
While the Tides of War Chapter 6 has ended, it's still technically within Chapter 6 until we release the June/7.0 Content update.
I believe at certain levels you actually get 100 BFC for levelling.
Can you confirm this? I've actually never heard about this addition before. I thought it was just CC for levelling up?

TF2 was such a great game. I loved the storyline and the pilot/Titan combat was so great.

I know a fix is in the works regarding the weekly reward of 100 BOINS. I was one of the people who didn't get the 100 when unlocking on thursday, never appeared at all through out the week either. Which was expected off the back of your explaination, though I have just noticed 100 BOINS just appeared after a couple of games today. The only thing of note was i levelled up, maybe some how connected? Maybe just a fluke?
Either way thought it may be an insight into the situation.
Thanks so much, Chapman! If you leveled up, it was probably from that. With the Promotions feature that came online in August of last year, we changed how you are rewarded with leveling. I believe at certain levels you actually get 100 BFC for levelling.
Did you complete the mission? If so, that's where it came from.
