Your empty replies on these threads are making me more jaded with each comment.
I don't like to make assumptions about the source of a video and objectively the quality of the video is a limiting factor here. So I'm inviting the OP to interact with me and provide the content through a different avenue with hopefully better results.
If that's a problem for you then too bad. I hope you can find a way to deal with it because I am going to continue engaging in the best ways that I can to facilitate what I can.

He's here to interact with the community, gather information in cases like these and pass it on to those who are responsible for dealing punishments and/or fixing things. I just want to clarify I wasn't having a pop at him in my post, what's likely happened is he's passed on the evidence of cheating and then it's out of his hands, and the higher ups did nothing with that evidence. I obviously don't know what goes on at Treyarch, but that's my hunch.

I appreciate your understanding of this. Players that want me to be judge, jury, and dev in their favor and then paint with broad brushstrokes when outcomes aren't to their liking can be exhausting.
I do my best to be a community advocate at all times and can only share what our studio and various teams have to say when possible.
