[2021] Sacred torches and fishing question

First thing first, I cannot for the life of me find the Sacred Torches in Graybone Hill for the first Campaign. I need to light 4 of them (where they are and how I do it I have no idea) to complete that Campaign. Lastly, best area to farm over 40 cm fish. Any and ALL help is appreciated. I have been through the hills for a while and can't figure it out. Thanks.
