[2021] Couple of questions

I'm looking to start this game but I have some questions. For context I come from bdo and ffxiv as my most played mmos

1: How bad is the pay to win in this game or how annoying is it to play as a f2p?

2: Am I able to buy costumes from the cash shop with in game currency from the markets like bdo? And is there one that lets me run around like a shirtless dude with sandals or nothing.

3: How is the pve content in this game? I'm not really interested in pvp

1) It's more pay to get ahead, but not pay to win. I've been playing for 10 months and have spent a total of about $12. I have all endgame content unlocked. 2) Yes but not all of them. Some, like bless pass rewards are bound to account 3) You can't opt out of PVP. I've been attacked in the open world 4 times in 10 months. As long as you avoid the hotspots, it's no big deal
