[2021] Problems trying to play the game (PS4)

So, i wanted to play an mmo on the ps4 and downloaded the game (My account is in spain but i live in Venezuela) and always said the error "Sorry, we cannot allow you game access at this time" and some ppl said it is cuz of the region, so i went to my america account and downloaded the game again (With my internet it was almost 3 days, fck sake) and now its prompting the same error, even tho it's the americ version.

Tried to send a ticket in the support, but every time i click the submit a ticket it throws me YET another error and send me to bandai main page. WHAT CAN I DO
