Hi all,
Trust me - if there was some secret to greater power in this game that was legitimate - I would be all over it and understand the confidential nature of such info for competitive PvP purposes. But the bug is scaring away more players than it is bringing into PvP - and screw that - competitive advantage isn't worth killing entire game modes over. Its also making people think the targeting is broken - so it is directly effecting the consumers perception of value - which can hurt the entire IP's continuing service value.
If you have experienced this bug, have first hand knowledge that it exists or proof of the damage change - or just want to bitch about it - please respond to this post. I can assure you that the technical support team is encouraging me to collect the responses so they can bulk forwarded them to the development team for review.
I openly believe in financially supporting free games that provide high entertainment value to me. I'm not big on paying for cable TV but I do believe in supporting the coders, project managers, and artists who produce games I like. I'm a paying customer and I'm going to follow this up the customer service channel or even higher until I see the customer service issue resolved.
Any info you can provide or affirmation or whatever - would be greatly appreciated.
