You should add in this new thread the ZXLog lines after your game crashes. This file usually is in the path Documents/My Games/They are Billions.

We will need you to upload the file somewhere, as it contains a lot of useful information. The guide Snowflitzer linked explains where to find the output_log.txt (called player.log on Mac and Linux). It also recommends some sites you can upload the file to. Then just link to the file here and we will take a look.
