We have addressed the console parity patch delay on this post. However, please note that the 2.3 parity patch on consoles does not include Isle of Siptah, which is still releasing on consoles once it comes out of Early Access.
To clarify a point on this thread, there hasn’t been an early access period on PS4. The only platform with Early Access for Isle of Siptah is Steam.
