Read moreHi there, we’ll need to ask for more information about the issue. In the topic template we set out, we ask for some extra details that will help:
Game mode: [ Select one: (Online official | Online private | Single-player | Co-op)]
Server type: [ Select one: PvP | PvE-Conflict | PvE ]
Region: [ Please enter your server region ]
Hardware: [ Please specify what model of PS4 or 5 you’re using ]
And if you can reproduce the issue further, please describe the exact steps you took leading up to the items disappearing. Things you did before, what container you used, what you did with the furnace, etc. Please be as detailed as possible. Thanks!
Hi @guinomo, welcome to the community and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, we’ll reach out to G-Portal to verify and address this situation.
Hey there, no new updates since yesterday’s post from Ignasi. Generally speaking, as soon as we know anything concrete on progress of the issue, we’ll let you know. A gap in our posting should not be taken as an indication the team is not actively working on the matter.
Also, to (hopefully) make things easier, we’ve enabled direct .txt and .log file extension uploads to posts so you don’t have to paste huge logs in your replies. You shou...
Read moreHi! As mentioned earlier in the thread, we are only so many people and we cannot reply to literally every topic or bug report in the forum. As Multigun posted, there is a dev tracker site players built where you can see what we’re posting and where (https://devtrackers.gg/conan-exiles) and I have been looking into how we can effectively re-implement a dev tracker for the forums itself.
It’s a little tricky since we have a bunch of games on this forum so some of our posts may show up from other categories (such as posts about downtimes or seasonal events in the MMOs), but the information is available to you as a player.
It’s advisable to restart servers at least once per day to prevent issues such as desync (which affects timers, spawners, AI, and other actors) and ensure optimal stability and performance.
If the issue persists or returns after following this procedure, you should reach out to G-Portal so that they can verify the integrity of the server files.
Hello @Stragerd, can you please verify if you’re able to spawn the sword for yourself in the singleplayer mode through the Admin panel?
Hello @KoB_Death, welcome to the forums.
This seems like an edge case, possibly related to the drive the game’s being installed to or to the console cache. Could you provide more information on how and when the crashes occur?
We would also suggest that you please try to clear your console cache and, if that doesn’t help, try performing a soft factory reset while keepin...

Does it always stop at the exact same location?
Have you tried to enable “validate”?
Hi @mellymew, thank you for reaching out, we’ve forwarded this feedback to our developers so that the current archer AI can be looked into and improved.
Greetings, Exiles.
We’re releasing a small patch today on Testlive, containing the critical fixes released last week. This will be released live for both the Steam and Microsoft Store builds ensure parity between these versions.
Thank you for your ongoing support, stay safe!
Please remember that updates can mess with your installed mods. We suggest taking a backup of your current database before updating to any new patch if you have mods installed.

Day seven: your answer lies within this link.
You were not supposed to copy the existing steamapps folder at the root of the launcher, it was necessary where it was: The SteamCMD bug is that apparently they changed something that requires ANOTHER “steamapps” folder to be present at the location I mentioned.
All you needed was to create a new empty folder, not copy or move anything
I’ve actually been busy with other tasks so I haven’t even been doing forum mod stuff the past couple days beyond merging the IoS forum with General. That’s likely why you got the notices.
Suggestion: Read the two messages above yours
Possible work around:
If you have installed the Dedicated Server Launcher executable in a location “L” (ex: C:\Myserver), when starting it you will obtain the following:
“L”\DedicatedServerLauncher\ConanExilesDedicatedServer\ConanSandbox…"
in which the editor files are supposed to be installed.
Try to manually add a “steamapps”(1) folder inside the ConanExilesDedicatedServer
image1212×488 40.6 KBThen start the launcher normally and try to start the server.
1) By “add” I mean “Create a folder there”, don’t...
